We at Pathway to Kinship are working with a diverse population of currently and formerly incarcerated individuals and their families. In collaborating with our partner organizations, we are working closely with hundreds of men and women to help them find housing, job training, and employment. Pathway to Kinship supports individuals as they continue to heal from the trauma of incarceration.
